He has managed cross-functional research and regulatory projects and worked with a broad global clientele. Gary provides strategic oversight for field research and market development initiatives and has served as President of the NAICC. He is currently Chairman of GAIAC, the Global Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants.

Kathleen has over 25 years of agricultural research experience, beginning as a student technician in 1999 with CFIA/AAFC working in both animal and crop research. She has worked across Canada, from the East Coast to the Prairies, giving her a strong understanding of diverse cropping systems and production environments. Kathleen has served
Kathleen has over 25 years of agricultural research experience, beginning as a student technician in 1999 with CFIA/AAFC working in both animal and crop research. She has worked across Canada, from the East Coast to the Prairies, giving her a strong understanding of diverse cropping systems and production environments. Kathleen has served as both a field researcher and a station manager, leading programs involving GLP residue studies, confined trials, efficacy and variety evaluations, agronomy trials, and commercial development work. For the past eight years, she has served as a Senior QAO, ensuring compliance with OECD GLP standards, company SOPs, and sponsor requirements. Kathleen maintains a detail-focused approach to data integrity and works to support strong, efficient research systems across all programs.

Grant has been involved in agriculture all his life. He grew up on a small cow calf farm in Prince Edward Island, Canada and obtained a Plant Science Degree from Dalhousie University (formally Nova Scotia Agriculture College) in 2002. Grant has been involved in agriculture all his life. He grew up on a small cow calf farm in Prince Edward Island, Canada and obtained a Plant Science Degree from Dalhousie University (formally Nova Scotia Agriculture College) in 2002. He has been involved in applied agriculture research since 2001. Grant worked for a previous research company starting as a Research Agronomist in Alberta in 2023 and moved to British Columbia after two seasons, and a short time later became Regional Manager of their British Columbia operations until 2025. Grant has experience working with a wide range of crops in both field and greenhouse environments.
